Job Description

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a Project Manager / Pre-Construction Manager for anticipated openings in Los Angeles.

The PMII will play a pivotal role in the development and planning phases of a major seismic retrofit project for a high-rise building. This position involves coordinating site due diligence, CMAR procurement, and construction readiness, ensuring the construction phase is set up for success.

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction Management : Assist in the preparation and management of pre-construction documents and permitting activities.
• Coordination : Collaborate with A / E and CMAR teams for constructability reviews, cost modeling, and environmental documentation.
• Move Management : Lead planning efforts for move management, overseeing site logistics, utilities, and FF&E planning.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor testing activities and ensure QA / QC compliance during pre-construction.

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $140k-$180k per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
