Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert configuration and support in Workday HCM areas, focusing on Benefits and Compensation
Lead requirement gathering, configuration, and testing for Open Enrollment and Annual Compensation Programs
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building relationships and ensuring high-quality solutions
Required Qualifications
Workday certification and / or significant hands-on experience in Benefits and Compensation configuration
Solid understanding of related Workday functional areas beyond the core specialty
Proven success in a client-facing consulting role or client-side HRIS team
Commercial awareness and understanding of consulting project dynamics
Ability to manage service delivery risk and lead cross-functional workshops
