About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Medical Officer for our Cardiovascular Service Line. In this pivotal role, you will be the accountable clinical executive overseeing all cardiovascular services. Your focus will be on short and long-term strategic planning and leading a team of dedicated physicians and providers to enhance both clinical and operational performance.

The ideal candidate will be a physician leader who maintains a part-time clinical practice, demonstrating a collaborative approach and strong communication skills. You will be respected by your colleagues and have a proven track record in relationship management and leadership. System leadership responsibilities are also part of this role, making strong interpersonal skills essential.

To qualify, you must possess an MD, DO, or equivalent degree, have completed an accredited residency program, and hold a cardiovascular-focused subspecialty fellowship with board certification in a relevant subspecialty. A medical license in your state of practice is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include additional training in leadership, a history of guiding clinicians through change, executive-level communication skills, and an advanced degree in healthcare management.
