Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of our sales team to drive new business opportunities for 4flow
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to closing the deal
- Identify new business development opportunities in North America
- Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
- Conduct sales presentations including product demonstrations supported by pre-sales and 4flow software consulting (on-site and via the web) tailored to the customers' requirements
- Liaise with the Product Management team to maintain a detailed working knowledge of the application and development roadmap
- Ensure the smooth post sale transition of customers to the Solutions Delivery team

5+ years of experience in supply chain software sales - supply chain planning and design or transportation management a plusKnowledge of the principles of optimization and how optimization is performed using software packagesUnderstanding of how software creates value and contributes to a potential client's successDomain expertise in one or more of the following : supply chain design, planning, forecasting, transportation or distributionDomain expertise in sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDIC training a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication (including presentation) skills are requiredAbility to articulate key messages clearly and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audienceSelf-motivated and creative; having the natural drive to learn and pick up new challengesAbility to think conceptually on the flyAdaptive to change, having comfort in fast-changing technology environmentBachelor's Degree required (technical major desirable) or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, operations research, or supply chain management, Master's degree a plusMust be willing to travel domestically and internationallyWhat We Offer
