Job Summary
Works with clients in identifying their needs and problems in order to promote appropriate company products and services
General Accountabilities
- Manages and grows existing accounts
- Sells additional services to clients
- Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services
- Handles queries about company products and services
- Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products
- Plans for and attends trade shows to establish new business
- Provides customer service to business partners
- Educates business partners and end users on company products and services
- Provides proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners
- Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers
- Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Input and process transaction information from start to finish
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

Job Qualifications
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a professional work environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs
