Director of Real Estate

A company is looking for a Director of Real Estate and Site Selection.

Key Responsibilities

Lead site selection processes and evaluate locations for data center expansion

Execute due diligence and manage transaction timelines from LOI through closing

Negotiate leases and contracts while developing financial models for investment analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

8+ years of commercial real estate experience focused on site selection and leasing

Data center industry experience strongly preferred

Proven track record in greenfield and brownfield development projects

Experience with complex lease negotiations and real estate transactions
