Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic Data Warehouse Architect and AI Analytics Leader to join our high-performing team. This strategic, hands-on position is designed to enhance our data infrastructure and enable cutting-edge, AI-driven analytics. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in data warehousing, cloud-based solutions, and machine learning, collaborating effectively with both business and technical teams to deliver impactful data strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enhancements to a Data Vault 2.0-modeled data warehouse.
• Architect and pilot initiatives in predictive analytics, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
• Design and implement Star and Snowflake schemas to facilitate effective BI reporting.
• Maintain and improve automated data loading processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine data requirements.
• Develop and uphold cloud-based data solutions.
• Apply industry best practices in data modeling, ETL / ELT processes, and data warehousing.

Base salary : $140,000 - $150,000, with additional variable compensation in the form of annual / quarterly bonuses. W2 employees of Eliassen Group scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits including various medical plans, dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO which includes 10 holidays, 5 sick days, 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, 6-8 weeks of paid maternity / disability leave, and 2-4 weeks of paid parental leave (based on tenure).
