Responsibilities of Our Payroll Specialist :
- Take charge of processing payroll for 300 employees across multiple entities on a weekly basis.
- Handle payroll corrections efficiently to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare certified payroll documents as required, demonstrating your attention to detail and precision.
Skills and Experience We're Looking For :
- Bring at least 3 years of payroll experience to the table, showcasing your expertise in the field.
- Experience with certified payroll is a definite plus, highlighting your commitment to quality.
- Demonstrate intermediate Excel skills, enabling you to effectively manage payroll data.
- Familiarity with Vista Viewpoint is advantageous, but not required.
