As a Staff Product Manager leading banking within the Intuit Fintech Platform team, you will be instrumental in transforming customer experiences. You will directly own the strategy and development of our banking capabilities, partner with stakeholders on how banking can transform customer experiences, and mature the capability over time. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant improvements in customer satisfaction, engagement, and financial well-being.

In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping the future of money management and transactions for millions of Intuit customers. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the banking capabilities, ensuring it seamlessly integrates with and enhances our existing products like QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Credit Karma. You will represent fintech and educate our stakeholders on the transformative nature of banking. Your work will directly empower our customers to manage their finances with greater ease, confidence, and security and create prosperity for their lives.

Responsibilities

• Align the team, executives, and stakeholders around a bold vision and product strategy for the banking.
• Develop deep customer empathy and customer-backed solutions through immersing in customer research.
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable and flexible capabilities.
• Exhibit strong cross-functional partnership that demonstrates a high bar for collaboration and one team mindset.
• Act as a key figure within the Fintech Platform Product Management leadership, collaborating closely with other leaders to craft a cohesive vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings are superior and well-positioned.
• Lead the product prioritization and development process, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market positioning, and long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is : Bay Area California : $180,500.00-244,000.00
