We are a Minnesota based family-owned business with an opening for an Inside Parts Sales Specialist position at our Blaine location. We are looking for someone with customer service experience / skills; ability to develop industry contacts and relationships; computer skills; a strong work ethic and positive attitude. This position is responsible for receiving orders from customers by telephone or walk-in contact, by outside sales, and by other departments.

SCHEDULES :

2nd Shift : Monday-Friday 3pm-12am, 10% shift differential pay!

Requirements :

The essential duties include :

• Greets walk-in and phone customers in a friendly professional manner providing customer service.
• Answers customer questions and make suggestions regarding additional or alternative products.
• Performs duties required to complete orders.
• Keeps timely and accurate records of product movement and status of customer orders.
• Plays an active role in inventory management.
• Maintains inventory and customer display area.
• Provides assistance to Outside Sales, as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

We specialize in the repair of medium and heavy duty (class 4-8) trucks, school buses, commercial buses and RVs We utilize the best computers and software to aid in the diagnostic and servicing of the equipment. Blaine Brothers is affiliated with North American Trailer, Inc. Offering 24-hour service, 365 days a year. Our mobile service team comes to our customers with their rolling garages to get them back on the road in a timely manner with the combined nine locations and 27 service trucks.
