Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic consulting and talent advisory support to executive leadership
Partner with business line leadership and HR teams to implement talent management and organizational effectiveness strategies
Drive organizational development through job design, structure, and process deployment
Required Qualifications
Experience in strategic HR support for large operational units
Proven track record in organizational development and talent management
Ability to adapt to digital transformation in customer engagement centers
Strong understanding of enterprise HR strategies
Innovative and flexible approach to business partnership
