We’re seeking an Occupational Health Manager who brings strong clinical judgment, values autonomy, and is motivated by advocacy for injured and ill employees.
This role is part of the
Safety Department, working closely with safety leadership and field teams across the organization.
What You’ll Do- Lead injury and illness management for work‑related cases, ensuring employees receive the right care at the right time
- Advocate for injured and ill employees, balancing medical appropriateness, regulatory requirements, and a positive employee experience
- Partner with Regional Safety Managers on OSHA compliance, exposure evaluation, and medical surveillance needs
- Analyze injury and illness trends to identify leading indicators and opportunities for prevention
- Support and strengthen a culture of care, credibility, and trust across field and office teams

What You Bring- Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in occupational health, injury management, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort navigating regulatory and organizational complexity
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with safety and operations partners
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support field teams
