Job Overview : Both full-time and part-time opportunities available for Inside Sales. As a member of the Inside Sales Team, the Representative is primarily responsible for four key functions;
inbound sales calls, ensuring proper match of the products customers are buying, building sound customer relationships, and follow-ups.

Location / Hours : This position is onsite at our Jasper, Indiana or Peachtree City, GA facility. Training will be at our Jasper facility for 6-8 weeks from 8 : 30AM to 5 : 15PM Eastern.
After training, you will start in a shift from 9 : 15AM-6 : 00PM Eastern, Monday-Friday. You will also be assigned periodic Saturday shifts from 8 : 00AM-12 : 00PM Eastern and one late shift day per week, 10 : 30AM-7 : 15PM or 11 : 15AM-8 : 00PM Eastern.

What you’ll do :
- Build & maintain relationships with customers
- Maintain proper business etiquette
- Inbound sales calls
- Proper match of products to customers needs and provide accurate verbal quotes
- Follow-up’s
- Diagnose or troubleshoot customer concerns
What it takes :
- Sales experience
- Driven and capable to operate in a high-energy, fast-pace environment
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
- Specialization in car restoration and performance products preferred but not required
- Ability to learn and utilize computer programs
