Builder Growth & QA (SDR)
Location : On-site, San Francisco / Santa Clara
(Minimum 2 days / week in Santa Clara until SF office opens in Q3; occasional travel thereafter)

- Sales Tools Pro : Proficient with Clay, Apollo, Smartleads, Instantly.ai, Gong, Fireflies, and similar tools.
- Detail-Oriented : Thorough in documenting product issues and customer feedback.
- Product-Savvy : Naturally curious, proactive in testing features, and quick to spot bugs or gaps.

What You'll Do
Test & QA : Identify, document, and report product bugs and usability issues.Gather Feedback : Engage customers to understand pain points and relay insights to internal teams.Collaborate : Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize fixes and enhancements.Document : Maintain organized QA logs and communicate findings effectively.Outbound Prospecting : Drive cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.Qualify Leads : Assess fit, book meetings, and support sales pipeline growth.Market Research : Continuously refine outreach through company and persona research.What Were Looking For
1-3 years in SDR, QA, customer support, or similar roles (B2B SaaS preferred).Experience with outbound prospecting and sales software is a BIG plus (CRM, enrichment, engagement, etc.).Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-first mindset with attention to product detail.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Compensation : $80K-$130K OTE DOE + equity and comprehensive benefits
