Job descriptionReview and process EDI invoices daily in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ensure the proper approval and coding of invoices to the general ledger across trade and non-trade Research and resolve invoice discrepancies Serve as a cross-functional partner to the Inventory Purchasing, Branch Services and Warranty departments Correspond with vendors and our Corporate office Process and lead the reconciliation of Corporate check runs Manager Vendor Set Up process with Form W-9 to ensure compliance with 1099 reporting Participate in process improvement initiatives, including the digitization of the Accounts Payable process and scaling of our ERP system to all locations Partner with the general accounting team on monthly close deliverables At least 2 years of Accounts Payable or relevant experience Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field Comfortable with learning new tools and technologies Excellent technology skills including Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Infor (CSD) products and BI Tools a plus Knowledge and understanding of the Accounts Payable function, including experience using an ERP (Accounting) system Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Ability to type 30-50 WPM Proficiency in operating a computer Use of 10-key or calculator Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently Effective verbal and written communication skills Active listening skills Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Ability and desire to learn new technology, as needed Strong ability to operate a computer, as needed Ability to operate standard office equipment Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance) Competitive pay Paid holidays PTO (Paid Time Off) 401(k) match Standing for long periods of time Driving / Travel Operating a computer Sitting as needed or for prolonged periods of time. Job Title : AP Specialist
Location : Hybrid in Tigard, OR
Salary Range : $24-$28 an hour
(Commensurate with experience and internal wage bands)

Hours of Operation :
This position follows an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM.
