We’re looking for a Lead Funnel Architect to own the design, testing, and optimization of investor acquisition funnels that convert across Meta, landing pages, email, and CRM touchpoints.
Role Overview
As Lead Funnel Architect , you’ll design, implement, and optimize high-performing investor acquisition funnels from ad click through booked call.
You’ll collaborate directly with the Creative, Media, and Operations teams to drive front-end performance and ensure campaigns deliver measurable investor outcomes.
This is a hands-on systems role part strategist, part builder, part optimizer. You’ll improve conversion rates through disciplined testing, data-driven iteration, and documentation of what works, creating templates and frameworks that can scale across clients.
Key Responsibilities
Funnel Design & Optimization
Architect investor acquisition funnels spanning ads, landing pages, emails, and CRM automations.
Define messaging, sequencing, and offer logic to maximize lead quality and conversion efficiency.
Collaborate with creative and media teams to align copy, visuals, and targeting.
Develop and execute testing frameworks to improve performance across all funnel stages.
Manage the technical setup of funnels within tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Unbounce, or GoHighLevel.
Data & Iteration
Monitor funnel KPIs (CTR, CPL, MQL, booked meetings, conversion rates)
Analyze performance data to uncover insights and drive creative or structural changes.
Document learnings and maintain a living Funnel Playbook for internal use.
Systemization & Collaboration
Identify cross-client performance patterns and turn them into standardized templates.
Partner with Paid Media, Creative, and Ops to unify message, offer, and funnel strategy.
Lead funnel audits, testing sessions, and performance reviews to improve consistency and scalability.
Qualifications
58 years in performance marketing, growth, or CRO roles with proven experience designing and optimizing funnels.
Expert understanding of Meta advertising , landing page conversion , email nurture , and CRM automation .
Proficiency in HubSpot , Zapier , Unbounce , or similar tools.
Analytical and data-driven confident interpreting dashboards and identifying conversion opportunities.
Excellent collaborator who can translate data into actionable creative direction.
Familiarity with capital raising, real estate syndications, or financial marketing strongly preferred.

Compensation & Environment
Base Salary : $95,000 $115,000
