Job description

A leading name in the Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection industry is searching for a seasoned Regional / Division Manager to run the full Houston operation. This role is perfect for someone who has owned every piece of a fast-paced, high-growth division and knows how to lead people, performance, and projects with confidence.

What / Who You'll Lead :

Full oversight of the Houston Division from internal administration to shop operations to field execution
Direct leadership of fabrication shop teams. project managers. estimators. field superintendents and support staff
P&L responsibility. forecasting. budgeting. resource planning
Division-level strategy. growth planning. client relationships. operational excellence
Safety. quality. productivity. delivery. You own the outcomes
Cross-functional coordination with executive leadership on long-range goals and market expansion

What You Bring :

10+ years in structural steel fabrication and erection, including managing both shop and field

Proven experience running a division, region, business unit or similar scope

Deep understanding of estimating, scheduling, procurement, QA / QC, field installation

Confidence operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Ability to develop leaders, strengthen culture, and elevate performance

Strong client presence and communication skills
