We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Billing Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a critical role responsible for managing the end-to-end billing processes , directly impacting the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Control : Manage the entire accounts receivable ledger, focusing on timely payments and minimizing outstanding balances (AR Aging).
Precision Billing : Issue and meticulously review invoices, ensuring alignment with client contracts and internal policies.
Dispute Resolution : Investigate, document, and efficiently resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment disputes.
Reporting & Strategy : Prepare accurate monthly reports, including AR Aging schedules and collection status, providing insights to leadership.
Compliance : Maintain thorough records of all collection activity, supporting internal and external finance audits .
Efficiency Driver : Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline existing billing processes for greater organizational efficiency.
Collaboration : Partner effectively with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Accounting) to ensure documentation and billing accuracy.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience : 4-7 years of dedicated experience in Billing, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency : Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems (mention specific systems if possible) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Core Skills : Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Communication : Excellent professional communication and customer service abilities.
