Senior Director Of Product Marketing
The Senior Director of Product Marketing sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, driving clarity in what we build, how we position it, and how we win.
You will connect market insight to product direction and bring new ideas to life. This is a player-coach role : hands-on with positioning, pricing, and launch strategy, while leading and developing a high-performing team of product marketers who each own a product line and act as embedded strategists within the Product org.
At Deel, Product Marketing partners with Product from the very beginningshaping roadmaps through customer and competitive insight, commercializing launches across global markets, and driving growth post-launch. Global in scope, data-informed, and customer-obsessed, you'll bring the voice of the market to every decision and ensure Deel's innovation turns into market momentum.
Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of the market in product development, ensuring roadmap decisions are informed by customer needs, competitor moves, and industry shifts.
- Build a systematic insights function : buyer research, win / loss, partner feedback, analyst relations, and market sizing.
- Collaborate with Product to prioritize roadmap based on growth opportunities and competitive differentiation.
- Own global positioning, messaging, and value propositions across all Deel products and partner offerings.
- Drive pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product and Revenue teams.
- Segment markets and buyers, identifying where Deel should double down and where to pull back.
- Lead GTM strategy for new launches and cross-product solutions.
- Build frameworks for tiered launches and ensure tight integration with demand gen, regional marketing, and sales.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure launch and adoption metrics are tracked and tied to revenue outcomes.
- Create world-class enablement programs for sales, SDRs, and partners that go beyond product training to include market context, competitive intelligence, and objection handling.
- Drive thought leadership content, customer stories, and use cases that elevate Deel's category leadership.
- Build and scale a Product Marketing org that mirrors a Product org : PMMs owning specific lines of business, accountable for both roadmap influence and GTM success.
- Mentor a global team of product marketers, fostering cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
- Represent Product Marketing at the exec table as a strategic voice in overall company direction.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years leading product marketing or go-to-market strategy in a high-growth, multi-product environment.You understand how product decisions are made (experience within a product org is a plus), how roadmaps are prioritized, and have influenced product strategy through customer, competitive, and market insight.Exceptional product storyteller with strong analytical instincts. Able to translate product strategy, customer insight, and competitive data into narratives that inspire customers and align teams.Well versed in pricing, packaging, segmentation, and sales enablement for complex SaaS products.Known for your collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of building alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.Thrive in operating in a fast-paced, distributed organization with global teams and audiences.Total Rewards
