Job Title : Senior Business Analyst (API Integration, Lucidchart, Georgia Criminal Justice)
Location : Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business partners and the development team to ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements through workshops, interviews, and other techniques.
- Develop detailed business and functional requirements, including use case narratives, diagrams, and user stories.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, screen designs, and user story maps using Lucidchart .
- Manage user stories and track progress using JIRA .
- Define and document API service calls, including request and response formats for API endpoints.
- Collaborate closely with API developers to ensure APIs meet defined requirements.
- Create clear and comprehensive data flow diagrams and explain complex data flows to technical and business stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings throughout all phases of the SDLC.
- Support user acceptance testing and requirements validation processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experienceProven experience as an IT Business Analyst on data integration or software development projectsAdvanced knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques, business modeling, and use case designExperience defining and documenting APIs and data flow diagramsStrong collaboration and coordination skills between technical and business teamsProficiency with tools such as Lucidchart and JIRAPreferred Qualifications
