A company is looking for a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Specialty Testing Customer Service Support Representative, Billing (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Handle high call volumes, averaging ~75 calls per day from patients and insurance carriers
Assist clients and patients with inquiries related to insurance coverage, billing, and payment options
Document conversations and maintain accurate records in the billing system while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
Associates degree with 1+ year relevant experience or High School diploma / GED with 3+ years relevant experience
Professionally fluent in both English and Spanish
5+ years of experience in specialty testing / genetics customer service preferred
Prior healthcare experience, especially in medical billing and collections, strongly preferred
Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes and experience with Laboratory Billing preferred
