Responsibilities :
Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycleBuild and maintain relationships with consultants by providing career coachingDevelop effective sourcing strategies leveraging various tools and technologiesUse AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions throughout the recruitment processLeverage market expertise to advise account managers and clients on skill-set availability, labor rates, hiring location decisions, and timelines for identifying and onboarding talentNegotiate unique compensation packages to attract and hire candidates for our clients' needsDemonstrate specialized knowledge within the aligned skill-specialization, industry specialization, or role specializationQualifications :
Bachelor's Degree OR Military experience OR Associates Degree and at least 3 years of professional experience OR 4 years of professional experience in a customer facing roleEnthusiasm to network and build strong relationships with others while maintaining high ethical standardsAbility to work in a team environment and relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of peopleDesire for a career in a commission driven, performance-based environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsEagerness to learn with enthusiasm to experiment to find best possible solutionsSalary : $45,000 + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses (quarterly and annually) + cell phone allowance
13-week training compensation : $16.50 per hour and eligible for overtime
