Job description

A company is looking for a Lead Director - Partner Performance Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain systems for measuring and managing vendor performance

Oversee the collection and reporting of vendor performance data, creating actionable reports for stakeholders

Drive resolution of performance gaps and champion a culture of accountability across the organization

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in vendor management or supplier relations with a focus on performance governance

10+ years of experience with third-party technologies and vendor support management

8+ years of experience solving complex business or technical problems

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
