Job description

A company is looking for a Director - Vendor Governance to oversee and manage third-party supplier relationships within its Retirement & Income Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic supplier oversight, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies and performance standards

Develop vendor governance infrastructure, including frameworks for monitoring and risk assessment

Drive performance and value by overseeing SLAs, KPIs, and identifying cost efficiencies across vendor spend

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

8+ years of vendor management, procurement, or third-party governance experience

Experience managing large expense budgets and vendor scorecards

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Proven ability to develop business risk and control practices related to supplier governance
