Responsibilities :
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Answer incoming calls and provide attentive support to clients and candidates.
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
- Support full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize e-recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Research and analyze market trends to provide insights into hiring practices and salary benchmarks.
- Coordinate and assist with interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Act as a candidate advocate, promoting their skills and qualifications to potential employers.
- Provide guidance to candidates on interview preparation and salary negotiation.
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing the front desk operations.
- Proven experience in administrative assistance, preferably in HR or recruitment.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing client communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with e-recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Ability to conduct market research and provide actionable insights into hiring trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to advocate for candidates and liaise with hiring teams.
