Facilities Maintenance Technician (Plumbing)

This is a full time position working 7am-4pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities : Facilities Maintenance Technician will maintain campus buildings and equipment Technician will perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical / lighting, and security system needs Technician will maintain boilers, chillers, and swimming pool equipment Technician will troubleshoot vehicles and golf carts Requirements : Candidates must have 4+ years facilities maintenance background Candidates must have strong knowledge of plumbing Candidates must have strong mechanical and electrical knowledge Candidates must have knowledge of fire safety requirements Candidate must be proficient in using hand and power tools Must have a high school diploma / GED equivalent Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
