Job Description
Cornerstone Building Brands is looking for an energetic, efficient and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Environmental StoneWorks team.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in customer service and accounts receivable. Previous experience in the building products, construction / sub-contract services or related industries is desirable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinating flow of paper from order entry invoices
- Liaison between warehouse, customers, and office personnel
- Account and Pricing Set Up
- Inside Sales
- Accounts Receivable
- Tracking Shipments
- Contacting customers for correct shipping information
- Other Duties as Assigned
