What you do :

Maintain a firm understanding of the ETF marketplace / ecosystem, with a strategic overlay that accounts for both our own distribution structure / approach, and unique product set and value proposition.

Work with the ETF Distribution Marketing Director to identify opportunities to lead ETF revenue results through automated and lifecycle marketing campaigns, content development and product positioning.

Create strategic marketing and communication plans, and implement in collaboration with our dedicated agile team. Promote proactive collaboration with marketing leadership, distribution and investment management partners, and other support departments to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and on-time delivery of marketing projects.

You will report into the ETF Distribution Marketing Director.

Main Responsibilities :

Create, execute, and manage marketing projects that support and drive ETF sales momentum, including :

  • Identify market opportunities, target segments, channels, and main touch points for marketing activity.
  • Recommend marketing projects, solutions and plans of action that improve sales results.
  • Be a delegate for the product owner and partners when working with the centers of excellence to best accomplish the ask from the creative brief.
  • Execute and manage projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of marketing initiative and campaign results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing positioning and marketing content.
  • Remain current on industry trends, market developments, competitive activities and programs.

Manage projects

  • Provide product / distribution expertise and marketing direction for communications, content, positioning, and promotions.
  • Manage the development process of marketing projects with creative services and other marketing partners.
  • Maintain communication and collaboration on projects and programs.
  • Help with special projects

Manage relationships

  • Guide communication with marketing, distribution and all departments to proactively promote and gain agreement on marketing projects.
  • Build relationships with peers in marketing, distribution and other partners.
  • Collaborate with Allianz Investment Management, distribution and training in the launch of Allianz ETF product offerings
  • Influence decisions to reflect the desired direction for marketing initiatives.

What you bring : Experience :

Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience required in financial services and / or investment management industry, with 3 years in marketing in or adjacent to the ETF / mutual funds marketplace
  • Experience in digital marketing strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Series 7 preferred
  • CFP, CIMA, CFA or other industry designations preferred
