IT Service Manager Role :
- Ensure the ongoing success of daily service to our client base
- Create and maintain a positive team culture the promotes continuous learning, professional growth and constructive feedback opportunities
- Continuous process improvement to ensure timely, effective and customer-centric best practices are being followed
- Coach, mentor and train 15-20+ team members on technical skill, customer service, and relevant professional development IT Service Manager Requirements :
- BS in IT, Networking, Computer Science or similar
- 8+ years managing a team in an MSP environment
- Previous success training and mentoring employees
- Strong knowledge of iterative work environments, continuous improvement and Microsoft systems
- Relevant certifications & experience with MS systems / tools, Comptia, security, ticketing systems, active directory, server virtualization, firewall scripting, routing, switching, and hardware configuration IT Service Manager Benefits :
