The Opportunity :

CAREER OPPORTUNITY OFFERING :

The Revenue Recovery Analyst is a subject matter expert and is responsible for the maximization of reimbursement by identifying contractual variances between posted and expected reimbursement for managed care, government contracts, and other various payors. This responsibility encompasses contractual reimbursement analysis and communication of payment discrepancies to internal and external departments. Identify trends in underpayment / overpayments, denials, revenue opportunities and revenue leakage. Evaluate trends with analysis and judgement to work towards resolutions and improvement of revenue cycle processes. Analyze and interpret contract reimbursement and provide feedback to management staff as required. Review large amounts of remittance data looking for charge / billing opportunities for revenue optimization Essential Job Functions :
