As part of the Oncology Access Marketing team, you will report to the Head of Access Marketing and Patient Services and work with key stakeholders.

Your role will involve :

  • Supporting and delivering clear recommendations relating to access strategies, pricing and reimbursement, data / insight collection, and value proposition.
  • Executing market access tactics and material development for field teams across inline brands and future product launches.
  • Collaborating with PVA account teams and matrix partners to support and execute payer and channel specific value propositions, strategies, and tactical plans.
  • Participating in business and marketing plans process.
  • Supporting development of market access training curriculum for PVA and sales teams.
  • Supporting PVA execution for essential functions such as full team in-person meetings, weekly PVA LT meetings, monthly team calls.

Your scope will include :

  • Supporting the Access Marketing Leads with the US Access strategic planning and execution.
  • Supporting and implementing payer / PBM and GPO pull-through strategies and communication plans.
  • Supporting development of assigned payer / channel strategies, initiatives, and metrics.
  • Ensuring consistent field facing customer tools and messages.
  • Collaborating across the US and Global Oncology BU.
  • Generating and synthesizing actionable market and customer insights.
  • Supporting development of launch tools, resources, and materials for field teams.
  • Supporting development of market access training for PVA & field organizations.
  • Gaining continuous feedback from internal account advisory boards.
  • Supporting account planning and execution of targeted account strategies.
  • Supporting the planning, implementation, and rollout for assigned initiatives and tactics.
  • Managing relevant vendor, agency, and consultant relationships.
  • Advising Integrated Brand Team on access environment and strategies.
  • Identifying additional and emerging opportunities and collaborative solutions.
  • Your dimensions and aspects will include :

  • Technical / Functional (Line) Expertise
  • Strong understanding of US payer and channel market dynamics
  • Experience and knowledge across multiple market channels
  • Experience with Commercial brand planning process
  • Financial acumen
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Oncology experience beneficial
  • Strong project management and operations skills
  • Minimum requirements / qualifications include :

  • Bachelor's degree in related field; Advanced degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare, access marketing / market access, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and executing business strategy
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills
  • Robust knowledge and experience across franchise marketing, market access, and sales management

    Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary :

    We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. We are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. For location : Boston, MA U.S. Base Salary Range : $137,000.00 - $215,270.00. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
