As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading organization in the tech, media, and telecom location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide excellent customer service and clear communication. You will interact with clients and visitors, responding to situations as needed and supporting a welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activities or conditions to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or site management.

Support access control protocols by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor activity as required by site policies.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions or concerns regarding security-related issues.

Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation as required by Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
