EN Recruiter

A company is looking for an EN Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for the EN program.

Key Responsibilities

Support the EN Service Manager in executing recruiting strategies to attract candidates

Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and initiatives

Screen, evaluate, and interview applicants to ensure alignment with program requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

Proven ability to support recruiting events and initiatives

Experience in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates

Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
