We are seeking a motivated, top-notch Business Development Representative in Reynoldsburg, OH.

In this role, you the Business Development Representative, will generate leads via phone and email, setting up appointments with potential customers on behalf of our Business Development Managers so they can go in and close the deal.

We provide training for this position, and you must follow the criteria set by our Inside Sales Manager. We offer incentives for our top generators, and any leads / referrals that result in a sale puts more money in your pocket! This position involves cold calling, so you must be comfortable in doing so.

What you'll do :

  • Cultivate relationships with prospects to create leads and possibilities for new business
  • Prioritize opportunities to pursue in accordance with the company's market focus
  • Set appointments, when necessary, on behalf of our CRM system
  • Input / Update potential customer information in our CRM system
  • Fulfill phone call and lead generation quotas each shift

What we’re looking for :

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Postsecondary degree a plus
  • Sales and / or landscape experience a plus
  • Phone communication skills
