Electrical Estimator

A company is looking for an Electrical Estimator responsible for preparing estimates for photovoltaic solar and battery energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities

Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work

Prepare estimates by completing takeoffs and itemizing necessary incidentals for bid packages

Collaborate with project teams and supervise estimating staff as needed

Required Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years of electrical estimating or related experience

Understanding of substation, transmission, switchyard, and energy storage design

Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Excel; familiarity with Accubid preferred

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
