Duties :
Project specialists provide project management support to deliver projects within the established budget and time line.
Identifies project activities or situations that may adversely impact project budget.
Monitor invoicing and billing; provide aging reports to project manager.
Support budget review for business plan proposals based on current and anticipated project needs. .
Training & Communications Specialist based on-site at Jacobi or 50 Water St. This is a 35-hour / week role (1-hour unpaid lunch) supporting Payroll through content development, payroll administration and operations, and internal communications.

3+ years of relevant experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role (education, retail, hospitality, HR, healthcare, sales, marketing, customer service)
Background in PAYROLL is a plus but not required.
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Education :
Bachelor s degree (preferred in Training, HR, Communications, Education, or Graphic Design)
