The Role

As our QC Specialist , your mission is simple : make sure everything we install or repair reflects TRIO-level quality —no shortcuts, no excuses. You’ll lead inspections, reduce callbacks, coach the field team, and bring a new level of precision and pride to the craft.

Experience : Residential HVAC : 3 years (Required)

License / Certification : EPA (Required), NATE (Preferred), Driver’s License (Required)
