Job Description

As a Junior Recruiter / Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing / managing all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process for a key hiring initiative. The Recruiting Coordinator / Jr Recruiter will provide project support to the Senior Recruiter / Project Lead, collaborating on candidate reachout, scheduling, testing, conducting pre-employment background checking, and tracking applicants through the standard recruitment process, as well as supporting special recruitment events.

The Junior Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator must have proven organizational, detail orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated by prior success in a Recruitment support function. Must have the demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects / priorities. Must also possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with proficiency in Excel. Applicant tracking system experience, specifically Taleo, is preferred. Prior experience recruiting with volume non-exempt hiring, specifically for represented employees, is a strong plus. Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
