Construction Project Manager (Spec Division)

Job Summary : Direct involvement in preparation of a project schedule and continually review to make sure the project schedule is adhered to Responsible for the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout See that labor costs are optimized through ongoing oversight and planning with the appropriate subcontractors Proficient with job progress within Project Management Software (daily, weekly progress reporting) Attend daily / weekly construction meetings as projects require Coordinate the need, use and movement of materials, equipment Ensure that all expenditures are first supported by an approved purchase order
- Manage project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment
