This position is in-office 5 days a week.

The Position

This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals seeking to expand their careers who are interested in gaining fast-paced professional experience with a national law firm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor service notifications, download and save documents in iManage and circulate to team members as appropriate
• Assist with vendor invoices
• Assist with reception coverage, including answering telephone and directing calls, greeting office visitors, preparing conference rooms for meetings and processing incoming / outgoing mail
• Manage and update data using Excel spreadsheets
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
