Front Desk & Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, printing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Prepare and manage onboarding materials for new clients
- Collect, scan, and upload client documents (e.g., insurance cards, ID)
- Verify insurance eligibility and confirm coverage details
- Work directly with insurance companies to secure service authorizations
- Efficiently process and manage insurance denials
- Follow up on unpaid claims or outstanding balances
- Troubleshoot and resolve claim issues, communicating with relevant parties as needed
- Coordinate with billing staff to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Prepare reports and correspondence as requested
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Provide support to team members and management as needed
- Perform other administrative and billing-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
