Job descriptionMastering all training materials that are provided Following scripts and procedures that are provided Taking incoming calls to schedule service appointments and answer service questions Making outgoing calls to ensure customer satisfaction Following company policies and procedures Communicating with Service Advisers and Technicians Performing other tasks as assigned Vaild drivers license with good driving record Self-motivated and energetic Strong communication skills Demonstrated customer service skills Ability to navigate a computer and become proficient in dealership programs Strong attention to detail and strong time management skills Ability to adapt to changes in procedure Reliable and punctual Flexible schedule to include some evenings and some Saturdays required
