Human Resources Coordinator

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, pre-employment screenings, and candidate communications.
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR system and physical files
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, employee changes, and documentation.
• Prepare HR-related reports such as turnover metrics, attendance, and compliance data.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, or procedures.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate planning and executing HR initiatives, trainings, and employee engagement events.
• Support performance management and employee recognition programs.
• Maintain internal HR documents, templates, and forms.
