Must HaveTechnical / Functional Skills
BSEE (minimum) or MSEE or above(preferred)
Minimum 15 years of experience aspower design engineer.
Design experience on theadvanced technology is preferred like immersion cooling GaN highdensity design etc.
It is preferred to haveexperience of technical lead ever worked / working for power industryleading company.
Familiar with the methodologyof power supply design quality and reliabilityassessment.
Knowledge of power supplymanufacturing process is expected.
Demonstratesability to successfully influence winwin crossfunctionaldynamics.
Shown success in delivering results ina fastpaced multidisciplinary team environment.
Good communication and presentation skills inEnglish
Experience Required
Minimum 15 years of experience as power designengineer.
Roles& Responsibilities
Advanced technology and new product qualification fornetworking power supply (ACDC DCDC or HVAC / HVDC external powermodules) including but not limited to :
Advancedtechnology / design reliability evaluation like
Immersion cooling Cold plat cooling
High power density & efficiency (Titanium) design bywide bandgap switch devices like GaN / SiC
Assesscustomized power supply design robustness reliability for highreliable applications.
Craft and processtechnical reviews / audits to ensure sustainable manufacturingreadiness.
Work with power vendors for powersupply life cycle quality management to meet the definedtargets.
Assess business impacting / criticalissue by driving root cause failure analysis risk containment andcorrective actions.
Assess and develop Ciscopower vendors design & manufacturing key capability to meet thedesired requirements.
Partner with Cisco powercommodity team and engineering stakeholders to develop powercommodity technology strategy and preferred suppliersselection.
