Hands-On, On-the-Go | Join us as a Roving Building Engineer!
We are seeking a motivated Roving Building Engineer to join our Bay Area Team, providing support at multiple bank branch locations. The Roving Building Engineer plays a critical role in assisting with preventive maintenance, general repairs, vendor escorts, and reporting.
About the Company : Lot Management is a fast-growing maintenance company, specializing in residential, commercial properties, and outdoor retail spaces. Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist with preventive maintenance routine repairs across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support in basic HVAC troubleshooting and filter replacements.
- Conduct building inspections and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Complete the assigned sections of the monthly MCIM reports, ensuring data accuracy.
- Escort and monitor vendors and subcontractors while they performed specialized services.
- Perform site audits for cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and records for each site visit.
- Learn to troubleshoot life safety systems, including fire alarms and emergency systems.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of tools and supplies.
- Respond to basic service calls and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, and physical. Use of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Stand for long periods of time. Bend or twist body. Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl. Physically able to work on HVAC units. Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on the time of year. Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, walking, or climbing ladders.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
