Role and Responsibilities :

As part of our legal team, you will :

• Support attorneys in meeting client goals while ensuring a superior client experience.
• Facilitate case progress to avoid delays and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage, organize, and process important information and documents.
• Maintain effective communication between clients and the firm, ensuring everyone is aligned.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a personal injury paralegal or legal assistant.
• Being a team player is essential.

Preferred :

Experience with Needles / Neos Case Management Software.

Pay :

$48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
