Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Intellectual Property Associate to join our client. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the intellectual property initiatives and providing legal counsel on various IP matters.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct research and analysis on intellectual property laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Assist in drafting and filing patent applications, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on IP-related issues to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and protect intellectual property assets.
• Assist in intellectual property litigation and enforcement efforts as needed.
• Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law and industry trends.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Ph.D. or other advanced degree in biological sciences
• 3+ years of experience practicing intellectual property law, preferably in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of patent, trademark, and copyright law.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Ph.D. or other advanced degree in biological sciences 3+ years of experience in corporate law practice.

Strong legal research and writing skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
