We are currently seeking compassionate people to join our talented team as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) .
Casual PM Shift Available, every other weekend 4 hour shift!
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will :
- Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have completed a state certified CNA course
- Be willing to obtain CPR / First Aid Certification
- Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
- Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
Benefits :
On-call and temporary employees are not eligible to participate in employee benefits or insurance plans.
