General Manager — Fast Casual Concept (Up to $80K + Bonus)
Compensation : $60,000–$75,000 base (depending on experience) + 20% achievable annual bonus plan
Schedule : Mostly daytime hours, never open past 7 PM

Able to handle interpersonal challenges calmly and communicate clearly.
Comfortable reviewing P&Ls and identifying areas for improvement (perfection not required / training provided).
Confident writing short business plans, implementing solutions, and tracking results.

Ideal Background
Experience in fast-casual, or full service restaurant environments. The most important factor is that you thrive in a guest facing environment.
