Door-to-Door Sales Consultant Job description :

Location : Fort Myers, Florida Kickstart Your Sales Career — No Experience Needed If you’ve got grit, energy, and a student mentality, we’ll give you everything else.
We’re looking for hard-working individuals who want to earn serious money, master real-world skills, and grow fast in a proven system.

Your Day-to-Day :

Knock doors in pre-assigned neighborhoods - Start natural conversations with homeowners - Set appointments for Account Executives (AEs) - Hit weekly appointment goals and quality standards - Join daily team huddles and growth trainings You’ll Do Well Here If You’re : - A strong communicator with a positive attitude - Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet - Coachable and eager to learn - Consistent, driven, and goal-oriented - 18+ with reliable transportation and a smartphone Compensation & Perks : - Guaranteed base pay during onboarding - Commission per qualified appointment set - Bonuses for deals that install - Weekly cash incentives and performance rewards - Average first 3 months : $25,000+ for new reps who follow the system - Fast-track promotions and leadership opportunities - OTE : $100,000–$200,000+ for top performers in 2024 Career Path : FDR (Setter) → BDE (Closer) → AE (Senior Closer) → Sales Manager & Beyond.

You’ll start as a setter, but this is just the beginning.
